Description

GRO-POWER FLOWER ‘N’ BLOOM: Used in areas where a higher phosphorus and potassium nutrient is desired, i.e. blooming plants, color, fruit or vegetable gardens and turf. 3-12-12 NPK analysis, 35% Humus, 7% Humic Acids, Micronutrients, and Soil Enhancers.

APPLICATION RATE: 20 lbs. per 1,000 sq.ft.

DIRECTIONS

AZALEAS, CAMELLIAS, RHODODENDRONS, AND OTHER ACID LOVING PLANTS:
Feed one (1) tablespoon per each foot or width of plant. Spread evenly around plant and water throoughly. Start feeding when buds have formed until the plant is finished blooming, at approximately 4- week intervals.

CITRUS, AVOCADO, FRUIT TREES AND OTHERS:
Feed two (2) tablespoons per each foot of tree height or width. Start feeding roses in early fall using two (2) tablespoons of Flower’n’Bloom per bush at 4- week intervals through the winter. In spring use regular Gro-Power 5-3-1 per bag directions.

PANSIES, MUMS AND OTHER FLOWERING ANNUALS AND PERENNIALS:
Sprinkle Flower’n’Bloom at the rate of 1 ½ lbs. per 100 square feet and water thoroughly. (Be sure to wash any material off the plant leaves.) Feed during the growing season where blooming begins at 4- intervals. Alternate feeding with Gro-Power, Gro-Power Plus or Gro-Power Controlled Release 12-8-8 per bag directions.

BEGONIAS, FUSCHIAS, GERANIUMS AND OTHER FLOWERING PLANTS:
Alternate Flower’n’Bloom with Gro-Power or Gro-Power Controlled Release 12-8-8 monthly, beginning during growing season when blooming begins. Feed one (1) tablespoon per each foot or width of plant and water thoroughly. For container plants, use at half the rate.

SOIL PREPARATION:
Broadcast two to two and one- half pounds (2 to 2 ½ lbs.) per 100 square feet (10 feet X 10 feet) of area to be planted and thoroughly work into soil before planting.
INDIVIDUAL PLANTS: Use one (1) level tablespoon for gallon size plants, two (2) tablespoons for five gallon size plants. Sprinkle material in bottom of planting pit and cover with at least one (1) inch of soil. (Do not let material come into direct contact with roots.) For extending feeding use Gro-Power Planting Tablets per directions on label. NOTE: If tablets are used, use half the rate of Flower ‘N’ Bloom.
BARE-ROOT ROSES OR TREES: Use one (1) tablespoon for roses and two (2) tablespoons for trees. Sprinkle in the bottom of planting pit, being sure to cover with at least one (1) inch of soil. Plant according to recommendations, then water thoroughly. FOR EXTENDED FEEDING use Gro-Power Planting Tablets per directions on label. NOTE: If tablets are used, use half the rate of Flower ‘N’ Bloom.
BULBS: Use 2 to 2 ½ lbs per 100 square feet of Flower’n’Bloom every 4 to 6 weeks at the rate of 2 lbs. per each 100 square feet of 2 tablespoons per plant for each one foot of plant height or width.
